Every business is unique in their requirement for the products they market. Being a custom-design company allows us to have an “open door” policy when it comes to new challenges. At Custom Pack, we work with each customer on an individual basis to come up with the perfect packaging solution. As well as utilizing in-house engineering, we maintain state-of-the-art equipment to cost-effectively handle the most demanding project. Upon artwork approval, polyethylene bags, barrier and pre-formed pouches, and custom rollstock are quality printed with your requirements and 100% inspected. Printing processes include gravure and flexograghic options that are precise first time, every time with a variety of colors available. Rollstock is machine-ready and can be extruded in a variety of widths to accommodate even the most unique application.

Printed poly bags, metalized foils, laminates, pouches - including barrier, biohazard, die-cut, and stand-up; zipper closures, wickets, handle bags, pocket bags, Tyvek mailers, shrink sleeves, lidding stock, static control bags, security bank bags - to name just a few - and the list does not stop there, because there are numerous packaging options out there still waiting to be offered based on new customers’ requirements. Production, Warehousing, and Inventory Management
It is the one-stop shopping convenience that our customers appreciate. Custom Pack’s 36,000 square foot facility offers design, printing, production, warehousing, and shipping all from one location. We maintain state-of-the-art equipment and presses to cost-effectively handle the most demanding project. Product, regardless of size, shape, and weight, can be maintained as inventory, if required, and shipped directly from our warehouse facility that is adjacent to our Administrative offices. This facility offers the racking and floor space required to warehouse product for on-time deliveries. Our customers for whom inventory space is a problem place blanket Purchase Orders with us, with scheduled releases, to meet their needs. Company-wide physical inventories are performed on a monthly basis to maintain control of inventory product counts. Increasing inventory accuracy at Custom Pack is a measurable quality objective of our ISO performance and is tracked as part of our continuing registration.

Production & Warehousing Capabilities
Centrally located in Exton, Pennsylvania, we offer the convenience of experienced customer service representatives, manufacturing, and warehousing capabilities all under one roof. Our 36,000 square foot facility contains a 3,000 square foot White Room for specific clean room applications. State-of-the-art computerized equipment is programmed to operate efficiently within a specified set of guidelines, and qualified personnel are on duty at all times for monitoring. The abundant warehouse space allows the ability to inventory, as well as accommodating just-in-time shipments and deliveries of custom products.
