Urine Kits
CPI’s Blood and Urine Emergency Kits are a cost-effective method of transporting blood and urine specimens. Designed and approved by laboratory personnel, they satisfy the Department of Transportation’s packaging specifications required by hospitals, clinics and laboratories throughout the country.
CPI’s Blood and Urine Emergency Kits have been specifically developed to facilitate the coordination of statewide emergency response capabilities. They also meet the requirements of the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Hospital Bioterrorism Preparedness Program Cooperative Agreement. The threat of a terrorist attack is very real, and although we cannot predict when such an event will occur, we can at least feel comfort in knowing we are prepared.
CPI’s Blood and Urine Emergency Kits are designed to handle 168 vials of blood and 42 containers of urine, accommodating 40 patients total. They can be custom designed however to meet various specifications and needs within the Health Care Industry.
